Cybersecurity Job Placement Approaches

Wolfpack’s Cybersecurity Job Placement Department provides three recruitment options to our clients. We source scarce skills in the fields of IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Compliance in the following ways:


Advertising

  • We advertise the role to our  database of over 9000 information security professionals in South Africa.
  • We charge R2,500 per role advertised. Your company’s contact details are added into the mail that goes out to our community.
  • Candidates then contact you directly.

Targeted Campaigns

The second option is a more hands-on approach to cybersecurity job placement. We will partner with you and help with the following:

  • Meet with you to understand your business and security requirements for the role. Get to know your corporate culture. Gain an understanding of which personality type would be the ideal fit for the advertised role.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance.
  • We will assess the role based on your company / industry’s threat profile. Using input from our Research, Threat Intelligence and Advisory sections, we will ensure that the role covers the necessary governance, risk and compliance needs.
  • We compare industry benchmark salaries and discuss the best remuneration package for the role.
  • We will recommend which qualifications / experience levels are needed, based on the role. The role is then communicated to our community website, which is advertised in our electronic newsletter and via our social media links. All responses come to us.
  • We will also target individuals we know that may possibly be a good fit for the role.
  • We perform relevant background checks.
  • We perform the first level of CV reviews and come back to you with a list of candidates for the role, which you can deal with directly.
  • For this option we charge a 15% placement fee of the successful candidate’s total cost to company package.

Graduate development programme

Wolfpack has established a Cyber Academy which is focused on attracting, training, and assisting graduates in the industry to find employment in the fields of IT, Information and Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Compliance.
